In each session the trainer modifies movements, accomodates my areas of improvement or injuries, while still challenging me physically. Post-Covid, I missed group workouts and personal trainer support. HIGH10 Fitness filled those gaps with fun, tailored small group sessions. The personal trainer adjusted for my injury, offering specific support and communication beyond the gym. The best part of all is that I can work out with friends again no matter the differences in our fitness levels because the workouts are tailored to each person even though it is a small group setting!
