Joining & Membership Options

All memberships start with a FREE 1-hour Start Point Session: goal review, Functional Movement Screen, and InBody Scan—everything you need (and we need) to launch successfully.

We have three flexible tiers (average cost ≈ $37 per session):

Plan Sessions / Month Typical Schedule 

1x Wk = 5 monthly sessions

2x Wk = 9 monthly sessions

3x Wk = 13 monthly sessions

Yes—requests are welcome (pending slot availability). Your new rate takes effect in the next billing cycle.

Billing, Freezes & Cancellations

Your first payment runs on your first training day; that same calendar date becomes your automatic monthly renewal.

No—memberships are month-to-month. Submit a cancellation request on our website or in person; we simply ask for reasonable notice.

Yes. After 90 consecutive days of membership, you may freeze once for up to 30 days (no charge). Billing restarts automatically; another freeze is available after 120 active days.

Scheduling &
Attendance

  • 12+ hours in advance: The session is banked and valid for 60 days from your billing  date
  • Inside 12 hours: MindBody prompts you to contact HIGH10. We’ll cancel for you and  may credit the session back for unavoidable emergencies. Habitual late cancels are not  acceptable, as they disrupt scheduling for other members. 

Open MindBody, find an open slot in the schedule, and book. You can train extra days that week to stay on track and keep you caught up.

Please keep make-ups within 10 days of the current date to prevent new-member conflicts.
While MindBody will allow you to book outside of this window, you risk the session being bumped in the circumstance that a new member requests to join during that time.

Common reasons: 

  1. You’ve reached your session limit for your billing cycle. 
  2. You’re booking past your current billing cycle and have reached your session limit.
  3.  You haven’t cancelled an existing session first.

Maximum of six members, ensuring personal coaching and community energy.
